At EZ Fabric Paint, we want you to enjoy your creative experience. If there is ever a problem with your order, we're here to help.

Digital Products & Workshops

Due to the digital nature of our workshops, online classes, downloadable content, and digital products, all digital sales are final.

Once access has been granted to a workshop, online course, or digital download, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges cannot be provided.

Physical Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Your email should include:

Your order number (if available)

A brief description of the problem

2–3 clear photos showing the product and the issue

Providing photos helps us evaluate your request quickly and offer the best solution.

We will review your request and, if necessary, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA).

Please do not return any products without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Returns

If you wish to return a physical product for any reason other than damage, defects, or our error, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

Approved returns must meet the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 14 days of delivery

Product is unused

Product is returned in its original packaging

Return Authorization included with the return

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Digital products and downloads

Online workshops and classes

Opened or used paint

Used brushes or supplies

Custom-prepared or personalized items

Any item that has been used
